The documentation showed that the units currently approved for the storage and treatment of hazardous waste meet the performance standards for closure. The DNREC proposes to pursue corrective actions in the form of an environmental agreement under the Uniform Environmental Commitments Act (CEU) at the Areas of Concern (AOC) sites at this facility.
